We were amazed to see how many different sorts of news stories brought inspiration for our poets – everything from the devastation of Ebola to the heartwarming tales of a mother in need.
What will our headline say tomorrow?
The only way to decide that is to read your fellow poets and vote, vote, vote!

Attention friends! You have until midnight EST today (15th November) to vote for your favourite poem over at The Reverie Journal. I have a piece over there called “Dreams of Darkness Retreating” so if you like it please vote for me 🙂

Sorry to be a pedant but my piece is called “Dreaming of Darkness Retreating” – can it be altered on the front page and the poll? Thank you most kindly 🙂

Thanks Laura, appreciate it. I called it “Dreams” instead of “Dreaming” earlier. I can’t blame coffee though, it’s my Dad’s birthday and I’d had a couple of drinks. They are wearing off though, so I might have to have a couple more later with the cake 😉
