Today we’d like to introduce you to Fogged Clarity. “Foggy Clarity examines the work of authors, artists, scholars, and musicians providing a home for exceptional art and thought that warrants exposure.”

Four quarterly issues are released online throughout the year: July 1st, October 1st, January 1st & April 1st. Submissions are accepted year around. Submission guidelines are available here.
